Shoppers Love Convenience of ‘Click and Collect’

A recent survey by InfoScout found that while ‘Click and Collect’ services are new for many American shoppers, those that have tried a pickup service are likely to try it again.

Out of the 34.6% that have tried ‘Click and Collect’, 49% tried it for the first time in 2015 and 54% used it over the 2015 holiday season.

Why are shoppers increasingly adopting this new way to shop? InfoScout found that one word really stood out among survey respondent answers: Convenience.
